While this website hosts absolutely 0 roms, there is still the question of is this legal? While using the emulator is legal, playing other people's game copies are illegal unless you own the rom personally and a NES console system and they are both in working order. Downloading of the roms is prohibited by the code. I believe I have taken reasonable measures to make sure the site complies with Fair Use. I will continue to take steps to ensure that this site maintains a healthy legal status by talking with other emulator developers and consulting with lawyers. If in the event that parts of this website are found to be illegal in some way, or infringing on a copyright, I'll take the appropriate action to remedy the situation.
